RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We make our jewelry with love and want you to feel joy every time you wear it. If for any reason you like to return or exchange a piece, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Returns are easy:

1. Email us at info@shopseyyah.com your order number. We’ll start the process and email you a return shipping label.
2. Use your return shipping label to send the item back to us. After we’ve received it, we’ll refund you the whole amount minus the return shipping cost.
3. We’ll issue the refund to the original form of payment you used when you made your purchase. Please allow 1-2 days for this to be transferred to your account.

Please note that we currently do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
