It all began with a gift
In 2015, a friend was visiting Turkey when she saw a crochet necklace in a bazaar. She brought it back for me, thinking I might like it. She was right: I loved the necklace. So did my mom — and in fact, it inspired her to start designing necklaces of her own. My mom still lives in Turkey and on one of my trips home, we put our heads together. We modernized the design and added some couture-style beading — and our signature necklace was born. On my return to the US, whenever I stepped out in one of my mom’s handmade necklaces, someone would invariably stop me to ask where they could buy one. And so we decided to share these special necklaces with you. We hope you love wearing them as much as we do!
